Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes the following:
Applying a full range of principles, concepts, and methods of facility administration. Inspecting new building construction and/or existing buildings to identify maintenance or restoration requirements, and coordinating with engineers on work projects. Estimating material and labor costs for a variety of construction and/or maintenance projects. Reviewing and analyzing work plans to ensure they meet specifications. Ensuring quality and timeliness of work performed by contractors and ensuring contractors comply with terms of contract. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education:
Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree with a major study in engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration. (Note:
You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
