Traffic Management Specialist

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as utilizing an automated traffic management data program to analyze transit time data to determine carrier effectiveness. Provide instructions or guidance to ensure safe and efficient shipment of ammunition to meet regulations. Review contracts to verify accuracy of freight classification, funding or carrier mode. OR Possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree from a nationally accredited university that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. OR Combinations of successfully completed education and specialized experience described above may be used to meet the total qualification requirements at the GS-11 level.
