Available Shifts:
Days 8am to 8:
15pm, Nights 8pm to 8:
15am - 3 days on 3 days off continually in this fashion.
Set schedule of any 3 days of your choice, must commit to the 12 hr rotation.
On-Call any days or nights to fit your schedule, must commit to the 12 hr rotation.
Provide a safe, structured therapeutic living environment for all students while practicing developmentally aware, trauma sensitive care through our attuned-relationship model.
Support each student in progressing through their individual program through collaboration with the clinical, academic, and medical teams.
Develop and maintain a caring and professional relationship between your students and the team.
Observe, act and document emotional cues to manage the therapeutic milieu.
Consistently implement company policies and protocol to create safety for students throughout the campus; dorms, cafeteria, off campus appointments and outings, etc.
Adhere to student schedules and encourage them to participate in the activities outlined for the day.
Provide excellent supervision, keeping track of students whereabouts and physical and emotional needs at all times per supervision protocol.
Transport students in company vehicle and maintain all transportation policies.
Willingness to complete all initial and ongoing certifications and trainings that is company provided.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have a valid NV ID or DL.
Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Must be 21 or older.
Must be good in character.

Who We Are We are a CARF Accredited, 60 bed psychiatric residential treatment center providing developmentally aware, trauma responsive care for teen boys and girls ages 13-17.
Our caregivers are trained in our attuned relationship based model of treatment, providing boundaries, structure, support, and compassion to help our students feel safe, gain confidence, and begin to heal and re-engage with their families and communities in positive ways.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
